Mitch Garrison
Artistic Director

Mitch has been involved with theatre since childhood. As the years have passed his love for the stage has grown immensely. He has gained experience with acting, directing, choreographing, and casting by participating in over thirty productions.  Mitch has been a part of this program since it was founded in 2010. Although he started as an actor, he eventually began directing and choreographing shows with ECT. Mitch has vocal training in musical theatre style singing, and actively participates in regional and national vocal competitions. He has a Bachelor's in English and Theatre Arts, and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Secondary Education. Mitch is  thrilled to serve as the director for ECT.

Natalie Abramson
Associate Director

​Natalie started out as an actor in ECT's productions back in 2013, and she is excited to be returning in a new role. She studied at Art of Makeup School and is now a certified makeup artist. Natalie plans on attending Savannah College of Art and Design in fall 2018 to pursue degrees in acting and production design. She looks forward to working with the campers this year.

Nick Fouts
Managing Director, Technical Director

Nick has volunteered with ECT for seven years. Specializing in the technical aspects of productions, he designs lighting schemes, works with sound, and works as production coordinator for ECT's productions.  He has a degree in Personnel Psychology and Human Resources at Washington State University Vancouver, with backgrounds in marketing, business, and psychology. His past productions with contributions to technical design include: The Wizard of Oz, Burden of Proof, Aladdin, Jr., Annie, Jr., Noises Off, Guys & Dolls, Tick Tock, Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast, Shrek, Jr., Anything Goes, and Seussical Jr.

Angie Quidachay-Ham
Choreographer

Angie has been volunteering at ECT for five years. She started out as a spotlight technician and has worked her way up to choreographing productions. Angie is trained in contemporary, hip hop, and pom and has been dancing for over seven years. She has a degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in English Language Learners from Washington State University Vancouver. She is always excited to see all of the campers' great dance moves.

Danny Ramirez
Music Director

​Danny currently attends Central Washington University, where he is working towards a degree in music education. He was previously an actor and a sound technician at ECT. Last year he served as the assistant music director, and he is thrilled to be taking a more active role in music direction this year.

Katie Kibota
Voice Coach

Katie has experience in many different areas of the arts, including theatrical performance, singing, dance and music. She has been involved in ECT since the beginning, when she played Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. Since then, she has moved on to musically directing ECT's productions, vocally coaching students and composing music for student-written works. Katie is trained in musical theatre, belt-technique vocals as well as classical, operatic singing and actively participates in regional, state-wide, and national vocal competitions. She has a Bachelor's of Music in vocal performance and Bachelor's in music education. Katie performed in multiple ensembles at Central Washington University, including the select chamber choir, opera, and wind ensemble.

Each staff member is extensively background checked by the Washington State Patrol and approved by Evergreen School District to work in schools. All  volunteers are also screened and background checked by the school district prior to working at camp. We take pride in making ECT a safe and secure place for all students.
